Investing in younger talent
At Finch we are very proud of our structured Apprentice programme designed to attract talented young people to Finch by developing and helping them to achieve their career aspirations and professional qualifications.
It offers a monthly day release for apprentices to study for their relevant qualification – insurance related, Business Administration or HR – and all support and course materials are provided by Finch, as well as study time. Upon completion of the programme, apprentices are invited to join the Company’s Springboard programme, which facilitates progression within the Company, offering further training opportunities and setting out a structured pay review for the next 2 years.

‘I was attracted to Finch because their apprenticeship scheme includes a structured programme for continuing development at the end of the scheme.
I attended focus groups with other individuals, and we helped each other through the course material, along with a dedicated tutor to direct us in the right direction.
I have achieved my Cert CII qualification and will be studying towards by Diploma over the next 3 years.
