Experienced Account Handler

We have an opportunity for an Experienced Account Handler to join our Corporate team.

 

The role will involve working with corporate businesses to ensure that all their insurance needs are met.  You will be dealing with various classes of insurance and you will also have the opportunity to become involved in Multinational business.

 

The role is fast paced, challenging and in return you will have the opportunity to work in a forward thinking, agile company, with a competitive benefits package.

 

Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

To provide a trusted and proactive service to new and existing corporate clients in all areas of Employee Benefits. You will be dealing with a wide range of our larger clients.

 

We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience of advising corporates on employee benefit strategy. Expertise in any of the key areas of Pensions, Risk Benefits and Healthcare is required.

 

Apprenticeship

At Finch we are keen to grow our own talent, and are looking for an individual who is interested in pursuing a career in insurance. We are offering a series of placements in our business and the opportunity to study for professional qualifications at the same time.

 

For the first 12 months of the apprenticeship, you will spend time in our key departments: Employee Benefits, Account Handling, Sales, Compliance and Claims.

 

After this, you will specialise in the area that suits you and that fits with the needs of the business.

 

We are looking for a professional and ambitious individual with great interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with clients and insurers.

 

We are looking for someone with A Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and the ideal starting time is June/July.
